Delete your account
Effective 22 October 2026 · applies to frag.watch and the frag.watch app
Deleting your account permanently removes the personal data tied to it: your watchlist and collection, price alerts, review texts and tags, preferences, usage events and the linked email address. Deletion is immediate in our production systems and completes in encrypted backups within their normal rotation (up to 30 days). It cannot be undone.
In the app (recommended)
- Open the frag.watch app;
- go to Profile → Delete my account;
- confirm. No email or waiting needed.
By email
If you no longer have the app, email hello@frag.watch?subject=Account%20deletion%20request from the address you signed in with, subject "Account deletion request". We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by reply.
An account that was never signed in (anonymous, app only) holds no email or name, so we cannot match it to you from an email; use the in-app deletion, or uninstall the app, which leaves an anonymous record that identifies no one.
What stays
The numeric scores you gave fragrances stay in anonymised form: a score attached to a fragrance with the link to your account permanently removed. They cannot be traced back to you and only keep community statistics accurate.
Partial deletion
You can remove single ratings, list entries and alerts at any time without deleting the account. See also the privacy policy.
