frag.watch, the website and the frag.watch mobile app, is operated by Websko sp. z o.o., ul. Morelowa 8, 55-010 Święta Katarzyna, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, IX Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS 0000831013, VAT ID PL8961593407, share capital PLN 7,500 ("we"). By using frag.watch you accept these terms.
1. Information only
frag.watch is an information service. We do not sell products, are not a party to any purchase and do not represent any shop, brand or fragrance house. Purchases are made with the shop under its own terms.
Prices, availability, price history, labels and fragrance information are collected from third-party and public sources, may be incomplete, outdated or wrong, and are provided as is, without any warranty. The shop's price at checkout prevails.
2. Links and commissions
Links to shops may be affiliate links, and we may earn a commission on purchases made through them, at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for third-party websites, their content, products or policies.
3. Third-party content
Creator quotes are short excerpts from public YouTube videos, taken from transcripts. The content belongs to its creators and is hosted by YouTube; we are not affiliated with either. Transcripts may contain errors, and excerpts may not reflect the full statement, context or intent of the creator. Tags, ratings and matches shown with them are our automated interpretation. We are not responsible for their accuracy.
Brand names, product names, logos and images belong to their owners and are used only to identify products.
4. Accounts and alerts
Some features need an account. Alerts and emails are informational and may be delayed, missed or out of date. We may change, limit or end any feature or account at any time.
5. Use of the service
You may not scrape, copy in bulk, resell or republish data from frag.watch, or interfere with the service. The site, its design and compiled data are ours.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage or loss arising from the use of frag.watch or of information, prices, alerts or links on it. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
7. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Polish law applies. Contact, including requests to correct or remove content: hello@frag.watch.
